    Deputy Commissioner

Heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all on the auspicious occasion of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Foundation Day. As we celebrate the glorious Diamond Jubilee of our prestigious organization, it fills us with immense joy, enthusiasm, and pride to reflect upon the remarkable journey we have undertaken together. This day serves as a poignant reminder of the pivotal role this esteemed organization plays in fostering national unity, humanity, and prosperity through the power of education. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is committed to nurturing the holistic development of students, ensuring a uniform curriculum and educational standards across all its schools throughout India. The 69 Kendriya Vidyalayas in the Mumbai Region uphold this commitment by placing a strong emphasis on imparting life skills and fostering harmony through child-centric learning activities. At KVS, our motto is: “Hiranmayen Patren Satyasyapihitam Mukham Tat Tvam Pushannapavrunu Satyadharmay Drishtaye.” Pupils must therefore acquire the knowledge and perspective necessary to overcome the allure of falsity and embrace Satyam Shivam Sundaram through the transformative power of education. As education continually evolves, KVS remains committed to adapting to change. All Kendriya Vidyalayas are currently implementing the New Education Policy-2020, a policy for the revitalization of India in the global context. It aligns with the needs of the times, society, and national culture. In addition to academic pursuits, activities such as sports, music, art, and dance are integral parts of Kendriya Vidyalayas’ curriculum. Utilizing our resources and the dedication of our teachers and staff, students are offered numerous platforms to shape their futures. As we embark on this journey forward, let us reaffirm our commitment to nurturing the next generation of responsible, compassionate, and empowered citizens. Together, let us continue to strive for excellence and contribute towards building a brighter future for our nation. With best wishes, Shahida Parveen

    Mr Ajay S Chaukikar

    Principal

Children life is like a garden, we have to cultivate the right virtues when you create a lawn, you prepare the ground, remove rocks, spread grass seeds, water it regularly & wait for the grass to sprout. However along with the grass seeds also come up to remove the weeds also come up. Then, we make effects and attempts to remove the weeds. Every time a weed comes up, you must remove it, eventually the good grass takes over the entire lawn and then you only need to water it & maintain it. The same we have to do in our lives. Any bad habit, bad thought, negativity should be consciously removed from our mind and then only the right values get cultivated and positive thought take over. Children try to become a good citizens of the country, you all are the valuable assets of our nation, the future of motherland and hope of tomorrow. The day invites to acquire the fine qualities like simplicity, purity of heart and mind, innocence, sense of affection and attachment. It is the demand of the hour to observe, understand, think and read. Our mind should be embedded with positive thoughts, sympathy, perseverance and self-control your mind and remain cool under all conditions. I quote – The wealth of a rich an can be stolen but happiness and wisdom, of the wise remain Mr Ajay S Chaukikar (Principal)
